The currentmodem enterprise system does not accord with Chinese actual conditions and there fore it is not feasible.To rebuild amodem socialist entexprise system wiith Chinese characteristics we should change the capital oriented modem enterprise system into the labor oriented one assimilate the sharing reform experience of both China and the West
