Abstract
From "the Conference of Socialist Scholars" to "Global Left Forum", from the mass protest of Latin America in full swing to "World Social Forum",the global left movement has been developing vigorously. Contemporary capitalism is taking on a new mode, that is, the globalized neo-liberal capitalism, which has triggered a protest campaign on the worldwide scale. Although U. S A is struggling to maintain its global hegemony in spite of its hard一dying and deep-rooted problems, its imperialist fate is on the slippery slope.
