坚持公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度

This article explains that we should adhere to the basic economic system that gives priority to public ownership and common development to diverse ownerships, which conforms to the rules of Chinese social economic development. China should never carry out privatization. It also discusses that adhering to the public ownership as the mainstay denies the purist public ownership and asks to deal with the dialectic relations between two "unswayed" properly. It holds that adhering to the basic economic system is the fundamental guarantee to cope with the international crisis.
