Abstract
Abstract: There is a polarization of the poor and the rich in the distribution of wealth in our coun⁃
try and the theory of DENG Xiao-ping of common prosperity should be paid more attention to and
complemented. The basic change of the decrease of public-ownership in the overall ownership struc⁃
ture and the increase of private-ownership leads to the polarization mainly. The position and func⁃
tion of public-ownership should be valued and we should strengthen state-owned economy, revitalize
collective economy, improve quota according to work, take measures to adjust the polarization and re⁃
alize common prosperity.
