Abstract
We must correctly handle the social economic relationships and the interests contradictions in the course of constructing the harmonious social society. The basic economic relationship of society is restricted by the structure of the ownership, so it is the foundation to perfect the ownership structure for constructing the harmonious socialist society. The authors analyze the principle problems and the contributing factors of the ownership, and put forward the countermeasures for perfecting the socialist ownership structure and promoting the social harmonious.
