Abstract
Cultural industry is capable of sustainable development.Development of cultural industry should follow the principle of maximum economic profits and stress emphasis on socialeffects as well，that is，eliminating monopoly in cultural industry，reform the mechanism of investing and financing，drawing various kinds of assets including private capital. The future of cultural industry lies in reconstruction of cultural resources and perfection of chains of cultural industries by using the assets as the link under the guidance of the market.
