构建以人为本的“中国模式”

The China Model of economic development has been formed since the reform and opening-up.The current China Model is transitional, containing not only elements of material orientation, but also elements of people orientation.Under the effect of elements of material orientation, high-speed growth of economy has been realized, but a lot of economic and social problems have come out encumbering the sustainability of economic and social development.The actual situation requires us to transit to people orientation as soon as possible.That is to say, we must guide the transformation of economic development mode by the core concept of the Scientific Outlook on Development, i.e., “people orientation”, and pay more attention to the development of people;and form the people-oriented model of economic development step by step through stressing the development of people.
