Abstract
Only by keeping to the socialist stand can we keep the correct orientation of reform, and only by relying on the working class whole-heartedly can we retain the socialist nature of government apparatus. In promoting the reform by relying on the working class, we must guide ourselves with Marxist economics, and have a full awareness of the urgency of vitalizing public-owned economy.
