试论构建以人为本的“中国模式”

This paper argues that the "China Model" of socialist economic reform and development remains to be further improved.The author accordingly advocates implanting the core concepts of scientific development, i.e. people-oriented principles throughout the improvement of "China Model"，so as to form a people-oriented economic model theory，which can be generally referred to as the "People-oriented Model Theory". And then the essentials of how to construct this model are outlined, with a focus on analyzing the key issues in constructing the "people-oriented model"——the shift from object-oriented to people-oriented economic concepts. Finally，the paper probes the relationship between human development and human needs.
