Abstract
At present, China’s economy is faced with two dilemmas. The first one is the serious imbalance of wealth and income distribution and the polarization between the rich and the poor; and the second is the rampant inflation from July, 2010 which may lead to the risk of “stagflation”. If we can not resolve these two dilemmas, the result of that will be very serious; it will not only offset the achievements of reform and development, but also hinder the change of the economic development pattern, upset the arrangment of the Twelfth Five Year Plan, or even threaten the social stability. The author puts forward some new thoughts and new countermeasures on how to resolve these dilemmas with the help of sharing economics, and take how to resolve“stagflation”as the focus.
