Abstract
"Qiyuan Xiang is a research fellow of economics, former deputy director of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and an honorable member of the CASS. His research areas include Marxist economic theory, socialism economic law, and Chinese economic reform.
