Abstract
The essence of "state-owned economy stepping aside and private economy coming in" is the withdrawal of state-owned economy from competition and the overall implementation of private ownership. It is a harmful erroneous idea. Today, while we are encouraging and supporting the private-owned economy, we should guide its direction and steer it onto the correct road of development.
