Abstract
According to Marx's statement on exchange value, the popular understanding on exchange value is inaccuracy. Exchange value is the direct base of price, exchange value is the center of market price alters. Exchange value is the value distributed to different producing sectors which decided by technical conditions of production and productive relations. Natural price is the currency representation of exchange value .In fact，price is distribution form of value. This paper builds the constitutent modes of exchange value and natural price.
