Abstract
The evolution of economic interest relationship in China has experienced three stages. In the planned ecanom5，the central authorities decide in distribution and people have similar salaries and wages. During the economic transition period, a sophisticated distribution system is established with different interest subject and enlarged income gap. In the~ear, especially after the entry of WTO, China will face a~income distribution system featured勿equality and based an labpr contract.
