Abstract
As a historic category, property rights are a group of economic rights departed from ownership. Now, there are some mistakes in research on property rights theory. These mistakes mislead our property rights institution reform of enterprises. State-owned enterprises need allocate the property rights rationally, build effective property rights institution. Private enterprises need change property rights institution from the classical form to the modern foam.The reform of the property rights institution is beneficial for the building of harmonious society and the steady, continuous development of Macro-economy.
