Abstract
The hypothesis of economic man is a most basic assumption prerequisite of western economics theory.The article analyzed the gradual progress route of“economic man hypothesis”.and then analyzed the western economic theoriescriticism to“economic man hypothesis”.Finally,the article proposes the new concept of“ scientificeconomicman” in order to perfect the socialist market economy system.
