Abstract
At present, the academia has various theories in goods value , social wealth and distribution.For making a clear and scientific
explanation, the author puts forward “ the new four propositions” , namely the proposition about value created by labor, the proposition
about wealth created by all production elements , the proposition about distribution according to multi -property rights, the proposition
about distribution' s form and essence according to the contribution of production elements.
