Abstract

The evaluation of state-owned enterprises must build up a scientific view on efficiency which includes efficiency both in the broad and narrow senses based on the facts and with the standard of "three favorables" and scientific view on development. Seen from the eight years of proficiency, the efficiency of state-owned enterprises in the narrow sense is considerable. The efficiency of state-owned enterprises in the broad sense is considered as the mainstay and scientific development and main carrier of advanced productivity. The way of further improving efficiency is to deepen reform together with management creation.
