Abstract
The article introduces the basic conception of worker's ownership company and its main characteristics briefly and holds that the joint-stock company of worker's ownership is a direction of the state-owned business enterprise reform, with Nanjing Engine Fittings Factory as an example. The result of the experiment proves the feasibility of setting up worker’s ownership company.
