Abstract

In recent years the theoretical circle emerges the dispute about "State-owned enterprises to enter and private enterprises exit". Some severely criticize, some agree to support, some believe that there is not the fact "State-owned enterprises to enter and private enterprises exit", and some claim there is only a partial
selective but not national policy. This article thinks that this argument is untenable. In fact, "State-owned enterprises to enter and private enterprises exit" and "State-owned enterprises to enter and private enterprises exit" are the same reference to a strategic and overall orientation and trend. Whether from the
western developed countries to cope with the international financial crisis for the implementation of some of nationalization measures, from the direction for current macroeconomic policy, from the development trend and the proportion of growth and decline between the state-owned and private enterprises, from the
operational level of the running of the market-oriented economy, or from the accuracy of a theoretical logic and thesis, the so-called "State-owned enterprises to enter and private enterprises exit" is a subjective assertion lack of scientific basis.
