Abstract

民营企业应该实施员工分享在理论和政策层面已有一定共识,但如何分享还需做进一步的研究。员工分享模式可分为利润分享、虚拟股权分享和员工持股这三种类型,并选取了永辉超市、华为公司、东升房地产营销策划公司作为案例进行研究,分析其员工分享的实施背景和操作方案。从分享获得、分享内容等方面对这三种分享模式进行比较。
