Abstract

The French economist Thomas Piketty studies the wealth and income inequality among the Western capitalist countries for centuries, which is a worldwide problem.街analyzing a large number of historical data in "Capital in the Twenty-First Century",he rejects a series of "truth" of the neoclassical economics following Marx and noted that a high concentration of wealth and income inequality will cause a lot of consequences. Based on the New Comprehensive School of Marxist Economics, this article criticizes Piketty's capital/income ratio analysis and how to address income inequality viewpoint, finally gets some inspiration to. solve the problem of in-
come inequality.
