Abstract
In order to help the healthy and rapid development of national economy in China,it is important to change the mode of economic development.The change of guiding ideology from“the change of economic growth mode”to“the change of economic development mode”has great significance, with the latter can be well explained by political economics.In order to change the economic development mode, system guarantee must be provided, government innovation should be doneactively, and to promote independent innovation ability should be regarded as the key link of its development. We should fasten the optimalad justment of economic structure, insist on the view of human-oriented scientific development, and try our best to achieve the purpose of sustainable development.
