Abstract

According to the dominant ideology, socialism is the near future of the modern world, however this kind of regime is still weak. According to one context, which is the context of the .global capitalism crisis, a large range of experimental social solutions are going to appear. There are six necessary elements for socialism including national independence, material resources, level of techniques and of knowledge, a leading political force for socialism, a strong State and a definite political will for socialism, a culture of socialism and a peaceful behavior among nations. Overall, there are more possibilities than in the beginning of the 20th century for a country to become socialist in the 21st century.
