Abstract
The socialist market economic reform is the basis for the formation and development of China' s share deconomy system.In the 30-year economic reform, some representative practical forms of share deconomy are surplus-sharing system(costexcluded), net-income sharing system, rural share-cooperation system, and staff-share system.Such practice witnesses the strong vitality and bright prospect of share deconomy.The system of share deconomy means shared interests through adjusting interest-distributing relationship, eventually achieving common prosperity and social harmony.
