Abstract
The economic transformation caused the system's change in the market order. The objects of economic restructuring in current phase require the system innovation in the market order. The expansion of the market's subject and object leads to the expansion of the market order, which also requires institutional innovation. The market order's innovation can be expanded from paying more attention to institutional efficiency and the construction of the informal system, and increasing opportunities for induced institutional change.
