Abstract
The workers' rights consciousness to a great extent, affect the implementation process and the final result of salary collective consultation. By measuring cognition factors and its marginal effect of salary collective consultation, estimation results show that with the improvement of workers' education degree, enhancement of the position level, cognition also deepen.Further using the quantile regression model to measure different laborer groups' cognition and the wage effect of salary collective consultation system, the results show that the enhance of cognitive levels and strict implementation of salary collective consultation system have significant positive effect on growth of wages as a whole.
