Abstract
With the rapid development of China's international trade, there are still some significant structural problems,e.g. service trade has lagged behind the merchandise trade and the trade growth relies on the quantitative expansion, sothat China can't obtain enou沙trade benefits which it deserves. Theoretical and empirical analysis indicates that we haveto increase the investment of human capital, enhance the technological content of foreign trade, and vigorously develop the service trade so as to create a sustainable competitive power.
