Abstract

BRIC countries as the Drive bridge of North-South dialogue and South-South exchanges in the world economy, which is seen as the potential to inherently change. Their rise will end the monopoly control of the Western powers on international financial flows, technology, advanced production and raw materials, the asymmetry between the countries and peripheral countries over the centuries to shape the core fundamental of world economic relations has been changed. This paper argues that the BRIC countries are not only committed to the improvement of the international monetary and financial systems to support the development of all developing countries, but also likely to play a leading role in world consumption patterns and international energy, natural resources and capital markets. Although cooperation between the BRIC countries is so far, but hope to have a positive impact on the world economy and political imbalance, can the BRIC countries to the extent to establish a new international political and economic order? The problem is worth further exploration
