Abstract
The globalization of finance has become a remarkable economic trend in present world. As a kind of tendency, the globalization of finance on the one hand brings vigor to the development of world economics and on the other hand forms severe challenges to each country, especially to developing countries. As a big rising country, how China takes advantage of the opportunities of the globalization of finance and reduces the finance venture to the least is a very urgent practical problem. This article introduces the connotation and basic character of the globalization of finance, points out its challenges to Chinese financial safety, and puts forward the counter measures.
