Abstract
Marx's theory of surplus value exists some problems, mainly consider the labor value as a part of new value
created due to use the workforce, ignoring the Labor value transfer. In fact, the Labor value and production value transferred
to product together. Accordance with the analysis method of value transfer of the labor force, we can thoroughly implement
the labor theory of value and labor merchandise theory to the theory of surplus value, and then develop and perfect the
theory of surplus value.
