Abstract
This paper illustrates different definitions, theoretical origins, fundamental characteristics and limitations of neo-political economics, and compares it with other related subjects. It holds that we should learn from the reasonable parts of western neo-political economics to reform China's political economics, that is, to carry out a bilateral cross-research of economics and politics, to introduce the hypothesis of inconsistency of interest, and to create a "Comprehensive Paradigm of Neo-Marxism Economics".
