Abstract
The socialist ownership of Marx and Engels is kind of theoretical assumption established on the scientific; analysis of capitalist ownership development which has been improving in prac;tic;e. During the development of socialism，Soviet practice of socialism and China's practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics have endowed new content to scialist ownership theory. The innovation and development of sinified Marxist ownership theory shows that Marxist theory has developed into the new stage of sinified Marxism.
