Abstract
An authority "suggests" that Public Ownership as Mainstay should be revised as "Public Ownership as Dominant"，and he argues "the ruling foundation of CPC is not State-owned Economy". This is absolutely not promoting the perfection of Socialist Basis Economic System，on the contrary，the purpose of doing so is to deny the public ownership economic foundation of this system，to weaken the ruling foundation of CPC and to change the class attribute of CPC. We should respond to the call of clarifying "the dividing line between Marxism and Anti-Marxism" by the center committee of CPC consciously，and strengthen the discernment capacity of recognizing this kind of subversive "reform suggestion".
