Abstract
This essay focuses on how to avoid the so-called "public property tragedy" since communist property belongs to all the people instead of individuals. No matter "the real socialism" is government-centered or market-oriented, both kinds are of great instruction, because they consist of the same model that production units benefit from owning a special access to a special production method. It also points out that the communist society starts to form when the society consciously deals with its inherent "drawbacks" which exist from the beginning.
