Abstract
In the process of building a harmonious socialist society，the basic premise of the protection of labor right is Construction of a new harmonious labor relations. Its basic principles involve the rights confirmation principle, the moderate protection principle, the principle of benefiting both labor and capital，and the principle of dynamic adjustment. Its basic ideas include improving the legal system, strengthening the supervision of the labor law enforcement ,strengthening the system construction, and improving the protection mechanisms of labour right, etc.
