Abstract
The characteristics of the basic economic system are the dominant position of public ownership and mixed ownership economy. That is reflected in public ownership playing a dominant role and different economic sectors developing side by side in the macro, while in the holding position of state-owned capital and mixed ownership economy of the enterprise in the micro. Vigorously developing mixed ownership economy is the important content to achieve the internal unity of basic economic system of in macro and micro.
