Abstract
The new parlance deepening distribution institution reform is to deepen the connotation and extend the extension. Distribution institution reform will arrive at a new stage. We should find out the reason of income distribution gap extending and the key point of reform, make clear the tendency of the new scissors difference and the particularity of China's private enterprises, and find out where the difficulties of reform lie. We must deal well with the relationship between the key points and systemic governance in the deepening distribution institution reform in order to get practical effect.
