Abstract
Taking the road to the new-type industrilization is favorable to exert the newcoming advantages of China. The article analyses the theory of newcoming advantages and the characteristics of new-type industrialization. It then investigates the neweoming advantage, under the new-type industrialization road. At last .the article points out we should accelerate the paces of the traditional industry of the information-based transformation，accelerate the paces of the traditional industry of high-new technological transformation，develop recycle economy and create the good system environment.
