Abstract
Cheng Enfu thinks that Marxist political economy in the direction of modernization should be international，application oriented，mathematical and school. Lin Uang considers that the development of Marxist political economy must focus on its application，and specific issues in China to enhance its explanatory power and practical. Ma Yan and LiYun think that Marxist political economy and development of the path should be divided into three levels，namely，content creation，mathematical analysis and empirical analysis. David Kotz explains the Marxist political economy and its pioneering development process and achievements from a historical point and made some of his outlook.
