Abstract
This paper firstly investigated the connotation, cause of for-mation, features and positive and negative effect of economic globalization，
then expounded the reason, formalization, objective and nature of anti-globalization lastly through analyzing the inner basic contradiction of economic globalization, we conclude that the necessary outcome of the solution to the contradiction is socialism of world. Global economy would develop healthily with reassessing and surpassing the Neoliberalism-centered stage of economis globalization, and it will ultimately enter into the socialism-centered stage.
