Abstract
“Acquiring technology from antitrust” strategy in short is acquiring technology from foreign investment enterprises through exempting
them from punishment for monopoly. China’s economic realities make it necessary to implement this strategy. In some cases, the strategy is in consistent
with the legislation goal of china’s anti-monopoly law so it is reasonable. It is also feasible. This strategy will not bring serious adverse effect, and
adverse effect should also be seen as the cost of technological progress. Policies in Competition should be in harmony with the industrial policies in order
to provide institutional guarantee for the implementation of this strategy.
