Abstract
Generalize the historical experience of the reform and openning-up must persist the materialistic view of history. Judege from the requirement of the scientific view of development and the realization of the One of which aim of socialist modernizaition, two types of opposing economic phenonmena appear.is due to the fact that the socialist public ownership has for economic development; the other is the historical condition of contemporary caused by the rapid expansion provided strong foundation of the private sector. From China,hance the efficient integration between public,the perfection of ownership and the socialist market economy must enmarket economy.
