Abstract
"virtual-bubble economy" has become. a main sign of international super financial monopoly capital and boasted phase characteristics. It should be analyzed in 3 levels, i. e.，contradictions of developed market economy, domestic. Contradictions with capitalist countries and contradictions of international monopoly capital. The formation of them have experienced 4 small stages of evolution. We should grasp the pulse of times an improve. Our consciousness of implementing the scientific outlook of development by appropriately making use of virtual economy, clearly understanding the essence of neo-liberalism and clearing its impacts.
