Abstract
The regulation of resource price is an essentialmethod of putting resources to rational use.The theoretical basis of refoming and administering the resource price is the theory of price elasticity.Its aim realize the safeguard of national econony and people's livelihood.The reform of resource price is a systanatic engineering and its policies must be advantageously pushed on in a continued and stabilized economic and social development
