Abstract
Nowadays most countries in the world have chosen sustainable development as its own path of development. Under this trend, Vietnam also caried out sustainable development strategy which accompany with their national conditions. Vietnam' s sustainable development strategy includes helping human to develop and relying on human development. Sustainable development is the primary goal of human development, while improving the quality of human life, human development has become the basis for the implementation of sustainable development and the most solid foundation. It is dialectics in the development of modern society.
