抄録
The author of Laying Bare the Myth of Enterprise Reform regards the so-called reform of selling state-owed enterprises as bigwigs' privitization, logically calculates the popular views of privitization, and proposes some reform-deepening ideas on perfecting the supervisional institutions of state-owed enterprises, establishing a sound profitable managing institution of state-owed capital and carrying out the inner management of enterprises. The book also exposes the fatal error of the privatization reform, that is,the violation of interests, and provides the readers some beneficial inspirations on economical study.
