中国特色社会主义的城镇化道路的探索: 江苏部分地区城镇化的调查与思考

China's urbanization is the process to promote social practice with leadership and organization, and with participation from the cadres and the masses; only under the guidance of Scientific Development Theory, can the operating modes of "three concentrations" and "three replacements" be able to promote common prosperity of the urban and rural residents. Many cities and counties emphasize on new rural construction; attach importance to the develop collective economy of industry and commerce, and to expand collective economy; to strengthen the agricultural foundation of urbanization by developing modern agriculture with organizing cooperation economy; and to promote the construction of small towns and rural communities by developing rural Indus抑and effective and distinctive agriculture. All these reveal the national and socialist characteristics of China's urbanization, which also shows great strategic significance.
