Capitalism has always advocated to maintain a hypocritical democratic elections. However, when the crisis comes, democracy would be canceled. The so-called democracy crisis of European capital accumulation process，such as Greece and Italy, their political power have not been replaced by the people, but by the financial elite and their political cronies string right. Capitalism always realized democracy though two economic method including bribe and the government joined hands with the stock trading. In these countries, as a new phenomenon in imperialist countries, the globalization continue to the voice from democracy and transfer resource to the hands of the rich. Under this case, small number of people for the world demands of "pure globalization bring justice" limit the rights of the majority.
