The cyclical fluctuations of economic society's development which drives by capital accumulation are represented by the transformation of social structures of accumulation（SSA）.The problem is that how it can become a stable SSrl in the specific historical periods. The paper constructs evolutionary game model about the relations between financialization and SSA. The model shows that
they will have a mutual-function relation and can realize the stability of the social system, when there is a lower speculative multiplier in the given SSA. Conversely, the economic societies will not stability and
transform to new SSA, when there is higher speculative multiplier in the given SSA. rind that we can accelerate the transformation of SSrl through some policies.
